If members are interested in learning more about representing the club as either an individual or team member please speak to any of the committee whose contact details appear within this website.

Important Notes
Correct hats fully tagged must be worn and flu certificates must be handed in on the day of competition at all Area Qualifiers –if you don’t comply you will not be allowed to compete! Put you flu certificate in the lorry or tack box and don’t leave home without it!

YOU WILL NEED A VALID FLU CERTIFICATE TO COMPETE AT THESE QUALIFIERS WHICH MUST BE TAKEN ALONG ON THE DAY AS THEY WILL BE INSPECTED! more info

TO TAKE PART AS A CLUB AT ALL THE AREA QUALIFIERS WE MUST SEND HELPERS TO EACH OF THE EVENTS, IT IS NOW A CONDITION OF ENTRY. IF WE CANNOT SEND HELPERS THEN WE CANNOT TAKE PART.
PLEASE THEREFORE PUT YOUR NAME FORWARD TO ASSIST AT ONE OF THE QUALIFIERS AND SPEAK TO THE TEAM ORGANISER BEFOREHAND. A HALF OR WHOLE DAY IS ALL THAT IS ASKED, THIS IS YOUR CLUB AND THE HARD WORKING COMMITTEE CANNOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED HELP AT EVERY EVENT.
YOUR PETROL EXPENSES WILL BE REIMBURSED AND IT CAN BE A GOOD WAY TO MEET OTHER MEMBERS AND SUPPORT THE TEAMS, NEXT TIME YOU COULD BE GLAD OF THIS SUPPORT IF YOU ARE A TEAM MEMBER!!

The Club will pay the Preliminary fees due to Head Office and the member will pay their proportion of the team entry.  Due to the huge costs incurred with team competitions we will require you to pay your proportion of the team entry PRIOR to the event.  In the event that you are unable to participate the fee is still payable unless a substitute can be found or on production of a Doctor or Vet's certificate.
